In exchange for consideration of participation in this event I grant to UMPS CARE Charities, and its partner organizations (including but not limited to Major League Baseball as well as all Major and Minor League Teams), along with its representatives and employees of each the right to use audio or video recordings, photographs or filmed footage of me and/or my child
as well as any likeness, image or sobriquet in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize UMPS CARE Charities, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the audio or video recordings, photographs or filmed footage of me and/or my child as well as any likeness, image or sobriquet in print, video and/or electronically. I also agree that the use and publication of such images, photographs/footage or sobriquet of me and/or my child may be done without my name and said use is for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
I further consideration for participation in this event, I release, acquit and forever discharge UMPS CARE Charities, and its partner organizations (including but not limited to Major League Baseball as well as all Major and Minor League Teams), along with its representatives and employees of each from any and all liabilities or claimed damages for injuries (mental or physical) to myself and or my child while participating in this event.

I hereby grant UMPS Care the right to take and use my photograph(s) for promotional materials, website, social media without restriction. I understand that these photographs may be edited or altered as deemed necessary and release UMPS Care from any and all liability arising from the use of my image, including any claims related to misrepresentation or damage to my reputation
